Acceptance
By creating a tag or submitting a finder message you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FoundTag.
Service
FoundTag provides a QR-code-based lost and found relay service. We connect finders to owners anonymously. We do not guarantee message delivery and are not responsible for the return of lost items.
Acceptable use
You may not use FoundTag to harass, defraud, or misrepresent. False finder reports, spam, or abuse of the contact relay may result in suspension. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
Liability
FoundTag is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss of items or failure to return them.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
